Our carbonated mineral water comes from an aquifer 1,700 feet deep which is recharged from Cleveland National Forest, about 60 miles east of Carlsbad. The geological and chemical study indicates that Carlsbad Mineral Water is about 9500 years old. The TDS (total dissolved solids) in our carbonated mineral water is about 2000 ppm, and in our sulphur mineral water it's about 5000. Our mineral water is pumped fresh for each customer's bath or shower and doesn't contain any chlorine.
In 1955, the mineral well was declared by the California Senate as a Historic Site and Monument for its "Most Healthful Water."
